  Abstract:  Le problème de la donation chez Husserl. Partant du commentaire de J. Derrida sur Husserl qui cherche de montrer comment la phénoménologie „nous paraît tourmentée sinon contestée de l’intérieur par ses propres descriptions du mouvement de la temporalisation et de la constitution de l’intersubjectivité” qui marque „la résistance à la forme de la présence”, qui veut donc dévoiler comment chez Husserl même, „une non-présence irréductible se voit reconnaître une valeur constituante” et „ce qui se nomme comme modification de la présentation (re-présentation, ap-présentation) ne survient pas à la présentation, mais la conditionne en la fissurant a priori” nous suivons le même schéma portant sur l’abîme de la donation.
